First off – I want to thank you for your psoriasis shampoo & conditioner. They’ve done an amazing job on my scalp psoriasis, and your gel has really helped with the psoriasis I get on my arms. I can’t thank you enough.

I saw that you are allowing contributions to your blog and thought you might like to hear about an old friend of mine who has suffered from psoriasis for many years.

We were at university together (far too many years ago to count now!) and she had the most awful psoriasis, mainly on her body but occasionally on her arms and face too.  I can still remember the smell of the horrible tar stuff she used to use to try to treat it, but it never really seemed to make a huge amount of difference.   And even in those days she was very environmentally aware and hated using anything chemical on her skin, but she didn’t have a great deal of choice.  You can only imagine how she felt.

Hi, I am pleased to be the first to help with the psoriasis blog. I have suffered from psoriasis on my scalp for a number of years and have tried a huge number of tips and tricks. Some worked and some didn’t. Some worked to begin with and then stopped working. Grrrr! But I am sure if you are reading this you will know what I am talking about.

Well my key tip is using the conditioner as well as the shampoo. I had used a treatment shampoo for quite a while and thought this was the key part of the treatment. Apparently not!

A lady who worked for me several years ago at one of our laboratories suffered from relatively severe scalp psoriasis and was fed up with the horrid smelling tar based products that were available to keep it under control. She didn't want to use steroids as they become addictive and also thin the skin so she approached the laboratories to see if they could develop something that could help with her psoriasis but was made from natural products and smelled nice.
